    Sounds like you know a bit about diet already.. Have you see a doctor or nutritionist? Maybe there are other issues you may be unaware of?
    The protein sources are good and try to keep your complex carbs up for energy and the fiber, etc… Try to cut out the sugars a tad… About the only thing I could suggest in this little space is a full physical and more intense workouts, with weights to tone muscle.
